What are Friendship Festival dates and hours?
The 2019 Friendship Festival will be held on September 21st 10AM-3PM on the 200 block of Clark St (FM 487) and Evie St.
Is there an entry fee for attendees?
NO! We are completely free and open to the public.
Do we need a tent?
YES! We provide the booth space only. Vendors must provide everything else.
Is power available to vendors?
YES! for an additional fee
Is there vendor parking downtown?
YES! We will have designated vendor parking. There are ample parking areas within walking distance of the Fest.
What is load in procedure like?
Load in starts @ 8AM on the Saturday morning of Festival. Vendors will have direct access to their respective booth space on Saturday morning to load in after they receive their booth number at the Welcome Vendors Booth. Load out will be on Saturday after 3PM. Vehicles will not be allowed on Clark St. and Evie St. until foot traffic is cleared. Please have your booth set up complete by 10AM
What is the registration process?
Vendor fees vary depending on the type of booth you plan to have. Fees are non refundable and the event will occur RAIN or SHINE. Please click on the vendor registration tab, under MORE INFO to register. Once you submit your registration, we will notify you with additional details. There are (2) types of booth pricing: Artisan/Craft vendors, and Food Truck vendors. When should I apply as a vendor?
ASAP. The sooner you register, the better your chances are of getting a space.
What is the cost of a vendor booth space?
Arts/Crafts Vendor booth space starts @ $30 for a regular 10X10ft. booth space. Food Truck Vendors start @ $75, Electricity is an additional $15
